Job summary

Agape Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks a SCSEP Supervisor to oversee the Senior Community Service Employment Program within the Powerlines Community Network.

The role ensures program fidelity, data integrity, and trusted collaboration with host agencies and workforce partners to support unemployed, older adults in gaining unsubsidized employment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred with 3+ years in program coordination/supervision.
• Experience with workforce development, employment/training programs, and older-worker services preferred.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of SCSEP workforce services.
• Supervise, train, coach, and support SCSEP staff to ensure fidelity to program requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, eligibility, enrollment, and documentation in accordance with SCSEP and grant standards.
• Develop and monitor Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) and training/community service assignments.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, orientations, and employer engagement to improve participant outcomes.
