Job summary

Pathway Services Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a dedicated staff member to support individuals in pursuing and maintaining community employment through the SEP, including transportation and job coaching.

The role requires driving eligibility, background checks, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with a willingness to adapt hours for program needs and events. This is a full-time position reporting to the Program Services Director.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Good reading and writing abilities and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in pursuing and applying for community employment.
• Provide transportation to employment sites for individuals supported.
• Coordinate work schedules to maximize SEP supports.
• Ensure individuals meet employer requirements.
• Assist with completing community job tasks and encourage independence.
• Assist with all communication needs.
• Represent Pathway professionally in the community.
• Document hours of SEP services and maintain a safe workspace.
