Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Senior ScrumMaster at Fort Belvoir, VA to lead agile practices and coordinate cross‑functional teams on complex DoD programs. You will facilitate ceremonies, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to define features and priorities.

A TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required or able to be obtained. The role emphasizes guidance on Scrum implementation, removal of impediments, and ensuring progress toward sprint goals in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with software developers and customers to scope projects and evaluate requirements to deploy to SharePoint and IIS using .NET Framework.
• Three years of mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures.
• Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.
• TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.

• Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the Agile Software Development Process.
