Qualifications

• Must have Scrum Master Certification.
• Current TS/SCI with Poly.
• 3 years’ experience managing projects in similar size and with multiple competing priorities.
• 3 years’ experience managing IT projects using either Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• 5 years’ experience in software development, software engineering and/or IT system and network architecture supporting enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile product teams in a SAFe organization.
• Provide strategic technical leadership aligning with client needs and program goals.
• Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events.
• Track and collect Agile metrics for program level metrics; facilitate team velocity and remove blockers.
• Support release planning, system design and system implementation as needed.
• Ensure team performance and delivery of documented deliverables.
• Prepare briefings on product status for leadership.
• Collaborate across multiple organizations and manage customer expectations.
