North Point Technology is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Top Secret with CI Poly) for Fort Belvoir, VA. The role oversees program management, financial reporting, and operational support across contract tasks, ensuring compliance with CDRL and cost controls.

A TS/SCI clearance with SBI and CI Poly is required or readily attainable. The position emphasizes leadership, government-facing engagements, and real-time analytics delivery through FRM dashboards, with accountability for contract

Competenze

10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight.
Education: Master's degree with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor's with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines.
TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.

Mansioni

Provide comprehensive program management across subtask areas, including oversight, financial reporting, and support.
Participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, and reviews as directed by the Government.
Provide real-time contract and financial information to KO and COR.
Submit root-cause analyses with mitigation timelines for delayed tasks.
Maintain risk management and lessons learned programs; share results with Government.
