Job summary

Leidos seeks a Mid/Sr Scrum Master to join a high-performing agile team within the Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role uses SAFe to support a large, complex, fast-paced program with DevOps, BDD, and test automation.

The Scrum Master will facilitate PI Planning, coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owner(s) and System Engineers to deliver features. Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
At least 4 years as Scrum Master for a software/technical team.
CSM/SSM or PMI-ACP certification.
Hands-on experience with agile PM tools: Jira, VersionOne, Rally, IBM RTC.
Experience on large, fast-paced technical programs.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate self-organizing team(s) to meet PI commitments.
Protect the team from scope creep during the PI.
Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers on solutions.
Help team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate.
Coach, support, and enforce Scrum process and rules.
Ensure the Definition of Done is understood and met.
Coordinate with other teams on ARTs and report status to management.
Work with Product Owners to review and prioritize features.
Lead SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning/Reviews, demos, and Retrospectives.
Develop User Stories with Product Owners and System Engineers.
Maintain and share team metrics and drive improvements.
