Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cyber Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master to support our customer onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role leads complex cybersecurity, infrastructure, and mission-support programs within a high-security environment, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and driving Agile delivery.

Applicants should have 8+ years in PM in cybersecurity/IT, active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, CSM or SAFe Scrum Master, Security+ CE, and familiarity with NIST/DoD standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PM/Program mgmt in cybersecurity/IT/IC with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification required.
• Security+ CE certification required.
• Experience leading Agile teams on complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber, cloud, and security projects in classified environments.
• Develop charters, integrated master schedules, resource plans, and metrics.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for multiple high-visibility programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cybersecurity engineers, analysts, developers, and mission partners.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and IC cybersecurity standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs.
• Remove impediments and optimize multi-team performance.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Review technical documentation and ensure quality and compliance.
