Job summary

CAC I International Inc. in Sterling, Virginia seeks a Technical Scrum Master with TS/SCI with Poly to support the PETITEPEPPER contract. Lead SAFe agile teams, provide strategic technical leadership, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Scrum Master Certification, active TS/SCI with Poly, and multiple years of IT project management experience. Up to 10% travel within the Continental US is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have Scrum Master Certification.
• Current TS/SCI with Poly.
• 5 years’ experience in software development, IT systems, or architecture.
• 3 years’ experience managing IT projects with Agile Scrum or Kanban.
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile product teams in a SAFe organization.
• Provide technical leadership aligned with client needs and program goals.
• Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events.
• Track Agile metrics and facilitate team velocity; remove blockers.
• Support release planning, system design, and implementation as needed.
• Prepare briefings for CAC I and Government leadership.
