Job summary

NT Concepts is seeking a Scrum Master to join our agile solutions delivery team supporting national security programs. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams, remove impediments, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe, plus GitLab for Agile tracking. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum Events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Remove impediments to team progress.
Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles and values.
Promote Agile principles and adherence to Agile values.
Foster collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Enable the team to maintain focus and productivity.
Monitor progress and support risk mitigation.
Ensure transparency of team activities and information access.
Support Product Owner in backlog prioritization and vision communication.
