Vantor is recruiting a Senior Scrum Master for its Intelligence unit, delivering scalable, state-of-the-art capabilities to government customers. This role requires active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and leverages Scrum and SAFe in a hybrid environment with remote work.

As a core facilitator, you will coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, mentor Product Owners, and drive continuous improvement across virtual and on-site settings while ensuring program transparency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operational experience.
• 5+ years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master on complex government/defense programs.
• Experience with SAFe enterprise environments and hybrid/distributed work arrangements.
• Strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies and stakeholder engagement.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Senior-Level Scrum & SAFe events (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, PI planning, retrospectives).
• Remove high-level impediments across prime and subcontractor teams in hybrid environments.
• Coach engineers, Product Owners, and leads on Scrum, SAFe, and Agile values to raise execution maturity.
• Promote Lean-Agile values and continuous delivery across remote and on-site teams.
• Drive cross-organizational collaboration and protect teams from churn and scope creep.
• Monitor velocity, burndown/burnup, and risks; design mitigation strategies.
• Provide program transparency with metrics and open communication across stakeholders.
• Guide Product Owner on backlog refinement and roadmap alignment.
