Job summary
Clorox is seeking a Senior Manager, Scrum Master to enable complex Agile teams across Order to Cash, Customer Care and Logistics within the Supply Chain. You will lead SAFe practices, PI Planning, and cross-team delivery while coaching teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to improve predictability and value realization.
This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta, GA with three days in office and two days work-from-home.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology, project, program, or product delivery.
- 4+ years as Scrum Master, Team Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle management platform.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile events including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, and Lean-Agile practices.
- Maintain Jira boards, workflows, and delivery reporting.
- Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams.
