Qualifications

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Product Owner to review work and groom backlog.
• Facilitates Scrum events and coaches teams to become self-organizing and self-managing.
• Tracks metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle time) and reports progress to leadership.
• Shields the team from distractions and removes impediments.
• Ensures backlog clarity and educates the team on Scrum theory and empiricism.
