Job summary

The Clorox Company in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Manager, Scrum Master / Team Coach to enable complex Agile teams within an SAFe framework. You will coach teams across PI Planning, iterations, demos, and Inspect & Adapt while removing impediments and managing dependencies.

You will partner with Product Owners, Product Management, and other leaders to mature Lean-Agile practices, maintain Jira transparency, and drive measurable improvements across the ART.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technology, programs, or projects.
• 4+ years as Scrum Master, Team Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or cross-team delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning and Lean-Agile principles.
• Advanced facilitation and coaching for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira for backlog and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile events: planning, daily syncs, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives.
• Coach teams through PI Planning, capacity planning, risk and dependency management.
• Guide teams in Scrum, Team Kanban, SAFe, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear backlog items with acceptance criteria with Product Owners.
• Coordinate with Product Management, architects, and Release Train Engineer.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments and risks.
• Manage cross-team alignment and dependency management.
• Maintain Jira boards, WIP limits, and delivery reporting.
• Use metrics to drive improvements in cycle time, throughput and quality.
• Lead Lean-Agile practices and scalable team operating models.
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority and drive accountability.
