Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 4+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree + 2 years)
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of SAFe and release train activities
• Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile tools
• Engineering/R&D experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and support SAFe Release Train activities
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies, planning, and team coordination
• Coach teams toward high performance and continuous improvement
• Manage timelines, milestones, releases, dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Coordinate Design History File (DHF) documentation
• Partner with global engineering teams across the U.S. and Israel
• Support communication and alignment across engineering, test, hardware, product, and program teams
• Drive adoption of improved development processes and ways of working
