Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid/Senior-level Scrum Master for a large-scale cybersecurity program in the Intel sector. You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, coach teams, and remove impediments to help deliver features on the Agile Release Train.

This role requires extensive experience in Scrum, Kanban, and test automation, with strong communication across product owners, engineers, and staff to support ongoing mission work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 8+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• At least 4 years as Scrum Master for a software/technical team.
• CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification required or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools: Jira, VersionOne, Rally, IBM RTC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect the team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Scrumban or Kanban and improve processes.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning and Reviews.
• Develop user stories with Product Owners and track metrics.
