Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Chief Engineer and Agile Coach across multi‑cloud operations, DevSecOps innovation, and SAFe 6 implementation for the Air Force C1N program. You will guide cross‑functional teams through ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive predictable delivery in a regulated, safety‑critical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in a regulated, safety‑critical environment.
• SAFe 6 Experience/ Knowledge of AI‑Native SAFe.
• SAFe 6 Leading SAFe certification.
• SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe 6 DevOps certification.
• Significant knowledge of DevSecOps methodology, security, and cloud environments.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Experience working as a Team Coach, Scrum Master within the SAFe Framework.
• Experience with Kanban/Continuous Flow.
• Understanding of Extreme Programming principles.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Lead team in executing Continuous Flow/Kanban or planned sprint activities.
• Facilitate and lead all team ceremonies with metrics to drive improvement.
• Remove impediments related to feature development and dependencies.
• Provide status, risk, and dependency reporting to management.
• Help teams design, develop, document, configure, test, and debug applications across the SDLC.
• Help the Agile Coach teach and execute hybrid SAFe 6 and XP frameworks.
• Help team use AI-assisted development tools.
• Promote DevSecOps concepts and tooling.
• Mentor junior team members to meet commitments.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Participate in PI Planning events.
