Job summary

You will enable high-performing agile practices, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.

We value strong collaboration withProduct Owners, experience in eCommerce, and the ability to navigate complex multi-team environments in a consultative capacity.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting complex retail or digital commerce organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and related frameworks; able to coach at the team and stakeholder level.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams driving enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized, data-driven backlog aligned with business and customer outcomes.
• Monitor and report on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Drive transparency and alignment across product, engineering, QA, UX/UI, data, and retail business teams.
