Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to lead two or more Agile delivery teams. You will coach teams to self- organize, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, and partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.

Qualifications

Must coach teams to self-organize and improve Agile maturity.
Facilitate ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
Identify, manage and remove impediments, risks and dependencies at team level and across functions.
Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and status reporting for leadership transparency.
Use Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more pods/teams.
Guide teams to deliver business value and continuously improve Agile maturity.
Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness and post-release monitoring.
