What We Do
First American Trust is seeking a motivated Scrum Master with 5-7 years of experience to facilitate scrum events, coach team members, assist Product Owners with backlog management, and enable teams to deliver critical business objectives. The Senior Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, helping to implement FA Trust's business agility roadmap to scale, mature agility, deliver value, and achieve customer outcomes.

Pay Range: $109,700 - $146,200 annually. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
