Xtreme Solutions Inc. seeks a Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile teams and implement ISO 9001 compliant quality management practices. The role requires strong facilitation, coaching and a track record of continuous improvement within public-service environments.

Ideal candidates hold DoD clearance eligibility, 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and CSM/CSP (PMI-ACP accepted) credentials. This full-time, on-site position offers opportunities for growth.

Formación

• DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• CSM or CSP required; PMI-ACP also accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum events (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Implement and manage ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management Systems for high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions.
