Job summary

DTSV, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a headquarters professional services program for our Customer, a Federal agency. This on-site role serves as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

The position requires ISO 9001–aligned QMS experience, an active Secret clearance, five years of PM/Scrum work, and strong MS Office proficiency. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 per year.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Five or more years of project management or Scrum experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience implementing QMS compliant with ISO 9001.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook/Teams/Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Project/Visio/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Foster collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Protect teams from external distractions and ensure clear written communications.
