Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our Washington, DC team. This full‑time, on‑site role requires a clearable candidate with a track record delivering ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System programs and agile team leadership.

You will serve as primary Scrum Master for Agile teams, remove impediments, maintain quality deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 9 years of experience.
• SCM or CSP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Project manager with strong understanding of Scrum practices and a proven track record of implementing Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Serves as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and remove impediments while protecting the team from external distractions.
