Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or 9 years experience.
• SCM or CSP certification required.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, while protecting the team from external distractions.
