Job summary

Requirements include 7–10 years IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master for two teams, CSM or PSM certification, and expertise in Jira/Azure DevOps. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote days.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master, handling 2+ concurrent Agile teams.
• Strong SDLC understanding across front-end, back-end, APIs, CI/CD.
• CSM or PSM certification (mandatory); expert in Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Proven cross-team dependency and release coordination skills.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for two parallel teams.
• Synchronize sprint cadences and release planning across both teams.
• Identify and remove impediments with clear escalation paths.
• Track and report velocity, burndown, cycle time, sprint predictability.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog 2–3 sprints ahead.
• Coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Shield teams from scope churn and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Administer Jira/Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, and reports; enforce DoR/DoD.
