Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. in New York is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across two parallel Full Stack Development teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring predictable sprint delivery.

You will coordinate cross-team dependencies, track Agile metrics, and partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog 2–3 sprints ahead, while coaching teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master, handling 2+ concurrent Agile teams.
• Base Compensation Range: $110,000- $120,000.
• CSM or PSM certification mandatory; expert in Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for two teams running parallel sprints.
• Synchronize sprint cadences and release planning across both teams.
• Identify and remove impediments with clear escalation paths.
• Track and report velocity, burndown, cycle time, and sprint predictability.
• Refine and maintain a backlog 2–3 sprints ahead for both teams.
• Coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Shield teams from scope churn and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Administer Jira/Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, and reports; enforce DoR/DoD.
• Apply strong SDLC understanding of full stack development.
• Cross-team dependency and release coordination.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management.
