Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for two teams within our technology portfolio in the Dallas area. You will own end-to-end delivery, coach teams, and coordinate across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years leading complex, large-scale agile delivery initiatives.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for two teams or a complex team.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owner and teams on scope, sizing, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead release planning and cross-team integration efforts.
• Maintain Jira hygiene and ensure Definition of Ready/Done.
