Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Lead Scrum Master to oversee software development and maintenance using Agile methodologies. You will facilitate Scrum events, ensure delivery aligned with PWS requirements, and guide cross-functional teams toward targeted outcomes.

This senior role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, seven years in software development or DevSecOps, cloud experience, and relevant certifications such as CSM, CSP, or PMI-ACP. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
Minimum seven years of software development, applications, and/or DevSecOps pipelines.
Proficiency in a cloud environment.
Certifications: CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP or SAFe equivalents.
Must hold or be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile processes and events such as Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective.
Ensure the delivery of software to meet targeted outcomes and satisfy PWS requirements.
Lead process execution and refinement of Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
