This role ensures the delivery of software to meet targeted outcomes and satisfy the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The Lead Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes and events such as Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective. They will lead process execution and refinement of Agile methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines, and ensure the delivery of software to meet targeted outcomes and satisfy PWS requirements. Proficient in a cloud environment.Desired Qualifications:- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Equivalent SAFE certifications can be substituted.- 10 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and leading software programs and utilizing dev/sec/ops pipelines, or equivalent experience.Additional Requirements:Employment depends on government approval. This is a key personnel position required by the program PWS.
