Job summary

CACI is seeking a skilled Scrum Master in the Stafford, VA area to lead an Agile team responsible for a Marine Corps ERP project. The role focuses on serving as a servant leader, facilitating all ceremonies, and maintaining clear team metrics and release plans.

The candidate will work with Scrum/SAFe practices, enable continuous improvement, and collaborate with government and non-government stakeholders. A strong background in ITIL and agile tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience across all phases of the agile software development cycle.
• Experience with Agile teams using Scrum or SAFe/ASF implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques: User Story writing, CI, automated testing.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Facilitate scrum events, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.
• Maintain relevant team metrics and capacity planning.
• Contribute as an active member of a high-performing Agile Team.
• Utilize software development process knowledge.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
• Support Product Owner and keep stakeholders engaged.
• Use VersionOne to manage Release Backlog and Sprint execution.
