Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizen with DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 3+ years experience.
• Experience on a software development team as developer, analyst, tester, or scripter.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a software sustainment team.
• Plan and coordinate software development projects and sprint activities.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
