Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Agile Scrum Master to support the Momentum product within a secure federal program in the United States. You will lead agile ceremonies, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and coordinate dependencies across Financials, Acquisitions, and VSS.

You will remove impediments and guide the team through accreditation processes. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure business rules and acquisition workflows are accurately reflected in sprint outcomes,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance required.
• Experience leading Agile teams in secure federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of Momentum product architecture (Financials, Acquisitions, VSS).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives across Momentum teams.
• Manage Momentum product backlogs; partner with Product Owners to refine Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across Momentum Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, budgeting modules and interfaces via WebLogic, webMethods, and MomAPI.
• Remove impediments tied to data conversions and multi‑tier processing in the Momentum stack.
• Support teams navigating client/server behaviors across Momentum processing layers (Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic).
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to reflect business rules and acquisition workflows in sprint outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate status to customers; guide accreditation activities (e.g., ICD-503, ATO) and regression testing.
• Support automated regression using MARS or Momentum-compatible Selenium/WebDriver solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement with data-driven insights and technical retrospectives.
