Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. The role focuses on guiding high-performing teams across infrastructure, network, and cloud modernization, with SAFe alignment and security/governance at the forefront.

You will mentor junior Scrum Masters, coordinate cross-team efforts, and ensure reliable, secure IT services across multiple facilities and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in Agile coaching, Scrum Master, or DevOps fields.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Proven Scrum Master for technical engineering teams delivering infra, network, and cloud modernization.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and related delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Agile processes for multiple engineering teams delivering infrastructure, network, and IT services modernization across data centers, cloud environments, and 350+ facilities.
• Coach engineering teams in SAFe and Agile practices, ensuring alignment with SDLC methodologies and governance.
• Remove impediments and facilitate cross-team dependencies for complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Perform senior-level technical work including architecting infrastructure solutions and disaster recovery configurations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to maintain engineering backlogs addressing redundancy and DR requirements.
• Develop automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines and optimize deployment processes.
• Create Agile metrics and reporting frameworks tracking delivery performance and documentation completeness.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and coach teams on continuous improvement.
