Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile execution and coach teams on DevSecOps culture, maintaining a high-velocity development cycle. The role emphasizes removing impediments, backlog clarity, and aligning business needs with technical delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will support sprint execution, collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads, and ensure transparency for government stakeholders while fostering maturity and accountability within the team.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Proficiency in tracking and interpreting Agile metrics.
• CSM or PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to manage dependencies and cross-team needs.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to meet sprint commitments.
• Analyze and report Agile metrics for visibility to stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile and DevSecOps principles to improve delivery.
