Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr. Scrum Master to lead Agile teams supporting the AOUSC CMSO modernization program.

You will drive SAFe practices, facilitate Program Increments, and coach Product Owners and teams to deliver complex case-management capabilities used by courts and staff. The role requires 5+ years in Agile environments, SAFe experience, and certifications (CSM or PMI-ACP); PMP is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of Agile development experience.
• Experience with SAFe.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high tempo environment.
• Experience in software development organization.
• CSM or PMI-ACP; PMP required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and PI objectives and release plans.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile concepts including Epic/User Story creation, Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Maintain JIRA and information radiators for teams.
• Mentor teams on Agile values, principles, and processes to become self-organizing.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration and manage risks and dependencies.
