Qualifications

5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience
Professional Scrum Master certification
Office-based role in Charlotte, NC (in-office 4 days a week)

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Product Owner to set priorities and groom backlog for 2-3 sprints
Facilitates Scrum events and backlog grooming to help teams stay self-organizing
Coaches teams on Scrum theory, transparency, and empirical process control
Shields team from distractions and removes impediments to enable delivery
Tracks team metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle time) to drive continuous improvement
Reports progress and value delivery to Business and IT leadership
