Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Transaction Processing team. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office at locations including Cincinnati, OH and Atlanta, GA, guiding agile ceremonies and coaching teams for continuous improvement.

A CSM/PSM certification is required, with advanced certs preferred. Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience in agile principles.
• Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles.
• Active team player with accountability and ownership.
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills.
• Organization, communication, problem-solving and people skills.
• Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile practices to foster consistency and improvement.
• Provide guidance on Agile principles and help drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and other teams to align efforts.
• Track KPIs to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
• Promote and implement Agile tools and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
