Job summary
VDart Inc. is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master in Atlanta to support a large-scale banking transformation. This fully onsite, backfill role focuses on agile delivery for wire payment applications and Salesforce-based initiatives, driving Scrum adoption and process improvements.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams through merger-related changes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading Agile software development teams as Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, SDLC, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience creating or improving Agile playbooks and standards.
- Ability to articulate Scrum fundamentals and Agile real-world applications.
- Experience building Agile processes or team operating frameworks from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams supporting banking and payments tech initiatives.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, QA, and leadership to deliver objectives.
- Remove impediments and address risks affecting velocity and timelines.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
