Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master in Washington, DC to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and value delivery.

You will coach cross-functional teams toward maturity, sustain an effective cadence, and uphold Agile principles in federal cloud modernization efforts. The role requires a US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, and preferably a CSM or similar certification.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery in federal programs, cloud modernization, or multi-team ARTs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of working software and increments with clear sprint goals.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies: planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
• Maintain a sustainable Agile cadence, protect timeboxes and disciplined execution.
• Remove impediments and blockers by identifying delays and dependencies.
• Coach the Product Owner and team on backlog health and done criteria.
