Job summary

Improvix Technologies is looking for a Scrum Master to support a federal cloud modernization program in Washington, D.C. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and work closely with a Product Owner to ensure smooth sprint execution.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of Scrum Master experience, is certified (CSM), and holds an active Top Secret clearance. The position involves working in a dynamic environment requiring strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software delivery.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint execution.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups and sprint reviews.
• Drive sprint demos and maintain sprint board accuracy in Jira.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets integrated with Jira.
