Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and their input is incorporated.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, status updates, and reviews.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible.
• Manage project changes and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
• Track and report on project performance metrics.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Mentor the team in Scrum principles and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Remove obstacles impeding the team's progress and shield them from disruptions.
• Promote a self-organizing and cross-functional team dynamic to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and communicate team performance through metrics like sprint burndown charts and team velocity.
