Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Proven experience leading agile teams on secure, multi-system federal programs.
• Strong knowledge of Momentum architecture and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog and sprint management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-team dependencies and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Momentum teams.
• Manage product backlogs with Product Owners and define Epics/User Stories.
• Coordinate dependencies across Momentum Financials, Acquisitions, VSS and interfaces.
• Remove impediments tied to data, integrations and multi-tier processing.
• Support accreditation activities and regulatory compliance.
