Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Agile delivery in federal programs, cloud modernization, or multi-team ARTs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate development of working software and increments with clear sprint goals.
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies: planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Maintain a sustainable Agile cadence, protect timeboxes and disciplined execution.
  • Remove impediments and blockers by identifying delays and dependencies.
  • Coach the Product Owner and team on backlog health and done criteria.

You will shape delivery flow, support sprint execution, coordinate with Product Owners and technical leads, and guide the team toward sustained excellence.
