Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Six+ years total experience with 3+ years leading agile delivery teams.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach in a software delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management and Agile metrics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable delivery tools.
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate iteration planning, daily team syncs, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives and IP events.
• Support Program Increment planning and execution, including objectives, risks, dependencies, capacity and cross-team coordination.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile values, SAFe practices, backlog health, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Track flow, velocity, throughput, predictability, work in progress and other relevant metrics; use trends to guide improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments, escalates systemic risks and coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Promote DevSecOps, built-in quality, acceptance test-driven development and continuous improvement practices.
• Support transparent status reporting, release readiness, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve practices across the program.
