Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Experienced Scrum Master to lead a high-performing Agile team supporting critical database operations and modernization for a government client. You will facilitate collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and protect the team from distractions to ensure mission success.

You will report to the project leadership, manage sprint planning and velocity, and uphold coding and testing standards while delivering roadmaps and schedules that align with

• Lead work estimation/LOE activities maintaining focus on Sprint goals, quality, flow, and velocity.
• Ensure adherence to standards for code development, automated testing, version control, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and schedules.
• Exhibit Agile leadership, helping team members embrace Agile values.
