Job summary

Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a fully remote capacity. You will drive agile delivery in a multi-year modernization program, coordinating with Product Management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of federal programs or GovCon environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects using agile project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to define product roadmaps and translate into user stories.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams with effective planning and prioritization.
• Matrix-manage teams across functions to optimize delivery.
• Ensure products meet quality standards for their stage (alpha/beta/production).
• Share knowledge of best practices and drive continuous improvement.
