Job summary

SSi People is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead and support two Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise technology environment. The role requires driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching cross-functional teams to improve productivity.

The ideal candidate has enterprise Scrum Master experience, a background in pharmacy, and the ability to learn complex technologies quickly while building relationships with established teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience on enterprise-scale tech projects.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and Scrum of Scrums.
• Pharmacy industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two Agile teams to deliver technology initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, release planning.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity, collaboration, and delivery performance.
• Identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts, drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across multiple Agile teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
• Track progress, metrics, risks, and milestones.
• Promote Agile best practices and SDLC adherence.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders on clinical workflows, compliance, and reporting.
