Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Scrum teams as a servant leader in a fast-paced environment. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and align product and technology leaders on priorities and outcomes.

You will mentor other Scrum Masters and advance Agile practices across the organization while measuring velocity and delivery capacity at the end of each Sprint.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Advanced understanding of Agile principles.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Smart Sheets, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute primary responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Uphold company policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize required systems, tools, and technologies to complete tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the role.
• Serve as a servant leader for two or more cross functional Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Coach teams to become self managing, high performing, and accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Mentor other Scrum Masters and team members on Agile frameworks, mindset, and execution excellence.
• At the end of every Sprint provide metrics tracking team velocity to ensure the teams are delivering to their capacity.
