Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years as a Scrum Master, strong SDLC/SADLC knowledge, and hands-on Azure DevOps experience to support agile lifecycle management and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe or similar scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong SDLC and secure development lifecycle understanding.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience coaching Product Owners in backlog refinement and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, and Sprint Reviews.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams to improve delivery forecasting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and operations to align on priorities.
