Qualifications

5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
CSM certificate held by the candidate.
Experience with Medical or Financial Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to the team's progress.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure delivery timelines.
Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
