The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in DoD or AF programs, solid Jira/Confluence skills, and the ability to navigate complex security clearances while fostering high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance with Top Secret, SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master with focus on Air Force acquisition programs or similar DoD systems.
• Prior experience on a Scrum team and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scrum team using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Assist product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote self-organization and remove impediments for the Scrum team.
• Identify and fill gaps in the Agile framework and resolve conflicts.
• Engage stakeholders and provide updates to government and contractor teams.
• Build, maintain, and support Jira and Confluence boards.
